"Avoid State Farm at all costs. Zero stars should really be an option. Rates continue going up and absolutely terrible coverage. They sent a 3rd party adjuster to look at my roof, admitted there is hail damage, but will only cover replacement of a couple turbine vents. If you ask for a State Farm adjuster to come out they will give you the run around for a couple weeks to finally say, nope sorry we've made our decision. I'll be finding cheaper coverage for my home and 3 vehicles elsewhere."
"I'm sorry you we couldn't help, Dusty. I can assure you my office did everything we could to assist you, however those decisions are out of our hands. Home rates have increased over the last few rates due to frequent claim activity and every carrier in the state has followed that same rate path. Good news, our auto rates have actually decreased over the last 6 months. I tried calling this morning to review the claim decision with you and to see if there was room to offer additional assistance. "
